Construction of a socio–cultural center in Bellerive sur Allier. The location of this project is expected to generate a wide area of activities and redefine the entrance of the city. It fullfills an important function by prioritizing urban space. The set of undulations print a rythm and a sense of movement, accentuated by the steepness of the pediment and the awning marked Advanced.
